If you have any queries with your order, or the service you receive please do not hesitate to contact us.
When you place an order with us, we will send you an immediate e-mail as confirmation that we have received your order (if orders made online or if e-mail address is provided otherwise) A180 Dart Supplies will check the availability of the goods and will notify you if any items are out of stock or if there is a problem. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing error, we will advise you of this. The right to accept or decline any order is entirely at our discretion.
You may also order online and pay by postal order. Simply print a copy of your order and send it with your postal order to the address provided.
Prices exclude VAT, this is at the UK rate, which is currently 20% and is subject to change without notice.

Despatch and Delivery
Upon successfully processing your payment transaction, your goods will be despatched usually within 24 hours of order placement (depending on availability). This excludes weekends, holiday periods and UK Bank Holidays.
UK addresses containing a full and valid UK Postal Code:
All Postage prices are calculated due to value or weight of total items purchased, most parcels are sent royal mail first class, however if the value is expensive or the weight is large then prices will be higher as a different method is used for your benefit.
Your goods can normally be expected to arrive within 2 days of despatch (excluding weekends, holiday periods and UK Bank Holidays). Larger/heavier items such as dartboards, mats, cabinets, etc will require a signature upon receipt and are usually sent via courier. A180 dart Supplies cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from the postal or courier service providers.
Please note: Addresses in the Scottish Highlands and Islands as well as BT postcodes may require extra postage costs to be paid. If this is the case we will contact you in due course.
Next Day Delivery
We do offer a Next Day Service for UK mainland customers. This service is provided by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD. On both services, in most cases, orders are delivered on the next working day (Monday - Friday).
The fast delivery service available tends to be very quick and rate normally stays the same up to 1kg in weight.
So to the USA, for Example you can order 5 sets of darts and have them with you in 2 days for a great rate.
Postage/Carriage charges are calculated based on the delivery address and the total weight of the order. We are unable to calculate the final cost until you have completed your product selection and entered the checkout.
We cannot be held responsible if items are delayed or late due to postal services, we try to do the best and fastest service possible, but it is not our fault if Postage is held up, please allow 14 days for delivery overseas.
Please note: All shortages must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If there is a problem with any of the goods, please contact us. We will handle the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Cancelling an Order/Exchanges/Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you have the right to cancel your order. To do this, please contact us. You do not have to give us a reason for cancellation; however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you wish to return your items for an exchange or refund, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. This must be done within 14 days of purchase. However, please feel free to contact us at any time when considering returning any product for whatever reason and we will endeavour to accommodate you to the best of our ability. You must ensure that the goods are packaged sufficiently to protect against damage. We highly recommend that you obtain proof of posting or use a recorded/insured service for returning any items as we regret we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We will refund the cost of the goods, minus a £2 restocking fee on darts and 20% on all other items, on satisfactory receipt of the goods, which must be received in perfect condition with the original packaging. We will refund you using the payment method you used at the time of purchase, within 30 days of receiving your notice to cancel.
Any Personalised Item(s) ( Flights, Shafts, Surrounds, Clothing etc) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
